Richard Flath is the owner and operator of Marty\u2019s Pizza, Pasta and Subs, headquartered in the city of Delafield, Waukesha County, Wisconsin.<\/p>\n
In food service, nothing is takes the place of experience. Marty\u2019s opened 60 years ago, 1957, in Southeast Wisconsin. Edward Bautz\u00a0 bought the pizzeria 35 years ago and opened a second location with his son-in-law Richard Flath.<\/p>\n
Today, Marty\u2019s has two locations and about 60 staff. Richard takes pride in training employees from start up through management, mentoring young and future restaurateurs.<\/p>\n
Richard is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and a supporter of the Oakwood Church in Hartland.<\/p>\n
Business owners take risks and often work long, exhaustive hours to service their clients. There are freedoms in owning a business, but these freedoms come at a cost.
