Niki Becker and husband Rafi Yezli are the owners and operators of The Green Table, located in Palm Harbor, Pinellas County, Florida. Formally known as Consciousness Blossoms, the Green Table is a casual farm to table vegan, vegetarian restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant offers many delicious organic, vegan and vegetarian dishes made with fresh from the farm ingredients.
Niki and Rafi have long since shared a passion for food. Prior to opening the Green Table, Niki ran her own catering company. With years of hospitality experience the couple collaborated to create the perfect combination of 5 Star dishes served in a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere.
The Green Table still carries many of the staple menu items from Consciousness Blossoms. However, Niki Becker, who has proven to be a brilliant chef, has added several new additions of her own. Customer favorites include the revamped vegetarian Neatloaf sandwhich, a Moroccan tomato peanut soup and the vegan Jump for Joy burger that incorporates more than 30 ingredients. .
