Andy and Ted managed the architect, engineer, city permits and other players necessary in such a large remodel. We are thrilled with the results. The remodel accomplished exactly what we were hoping. We now have open concept and completely updated living throughout the downstairs. Andy and Ted and their crew were all extremely professional throughout the lengthy project. They all really cared about the quality of work and redid anything that wasn’t right without charging us more. I thought they were going to be quite upset when I asked them to move an already installed island that they placed exactly according to the architect plans. Instead of telling me that they did the job as agreed and I was out of luck, Andy looked at the situation, and agreed that it would be more functional if moved. He arranged the move and took care of all of several things that went with such a change, plumbing, cabinetry adjustments, and removing and replacing the granite. This was no small feat but made all the difference in the functionality of my new kitchen. I’ll never forget how accommodating they were. Tajo One had a large slider that hides in the wall put into our home. It looked fine to me, but Ted and Andy noticed that it had a problem and insisted and followed through with the the window company coming and replace the 10′ bottom rail. Andy and Ted did a good job with staying on and completing little things at the end. This is sometimes where things can get frustrating with a contractor but not with Tajo One. I highly recommend Andy and Ted and crew if you want a fair price, attention to detail, honest and prompt communication and a remarkable pride in workmanship that is not always a given when hiring a contractor. If we have any additional work done in the future, we would definitely use Tajo-One again.”.
