In 2004, Pedro accepted a position with the State of Florida as a Breathalyzer Specialist while continuing to operate his business. His leadership abilities and technical knowledge quickly earned him recognition within the state program, where he became a respected leader in his field. Balancing both careers strengthened his commitment to professionalism, precision, and accountability—qualities that continue to define his business today.
