Along the way, he also developed extensive leadership experience in Corporate America, where he managed teams, built strong relationships, and developed the customer-first philosophy that continues to shape his company today.
In early 2022, after enduring and surviving corporate layoffs, Zach chose to bet on himself. Rather than allowing uncertainty to define his future, he transformed years of leadership experience, business ownership, and customer service into a new opportunity by founding Happy HVAC Solutions.
Today, Zach has built a family-owned company whose culture reflects its name. At Happy HVAC Solutions, positivity, professionalism, and enjoying what they do are part of the company’s everyday philosophy. While the atmosphere is upbeat and fun, integrity, accountability, premium equipment, and exceptional workmanship remain at the forefront of every project. Zach believes every installation should be clean, organized, precise, and completed with pride. Family remains the driving force behind everything Zach does. He and his wife, Roxanne, are raising their three children, who keep the family busy with football, basketball, tennis, and many other activities. When they’re not cheering from the sidelines, they enjoy spending time together on the water, boating, camping, and creating lifelong memories with multiple generations of their family. Some of their favorite moments are spent at the lake with Zach’s parents, where everyone enjoys quality time together and continues family traditions that have been passed down through the years. Completing the family are their two beloved dogs—one very large and one very small—who are always part of the adventure.
