Kathryn Weber is the owner of Strategic Solutions, located in the city of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin.

When it comes to helping companies with helping their staff be more productive, nothing takes the place of experience. Kathryn has been active and certified in the human resources industry since 1997.

Her career began early with Mercer Human Resources Consulting.  “Climbing the ladder was what you did; the highly sophisticated environment supported rich, continuous growth and access to development,” states Kathryn.  In 2006, she moved beyond Mercer and applied her knowledge to a few professional service organizations in Southeastern Wisconsin that had recently been acquired or were acquiring another business.

In 2010, Kathryn ventured into the sea of business ownership by founding Strategic Solutions in Performance Management, LLC. Since inception, the firm has brought clarity in connecting employees to business outcomes. Highlighting programs that help individuals and teams become more productive in their work environment.
