Orange Environmental Services was founded in 1972 by Barbra’s father-in-law Bill Williams. The company was then known as Orange Park Services. The company started off by purchasing the Harris Fuel Oil company then turned into a company who’s focus turned to full pest control. In 2012 Barbara A. Williams began running the company with her daughter working by her side.
