Cynthia, and Emmanuel have been in the Restaurant Business for 30 years. Being originally from Canada, Mrs. Aguilar and her husband, Emmanuel Goufas, moved to the United States six years ago, opening up Speggtacular in 2016. Offering Canadian Dishes as well as Traditional American Dishes. All food is made fresh, cooked to order, with a wide ranging menu, everything from Crepes, to Eggs Benedict, to Country Fried Steak. They say “you eat with you’re eyes”, with award winning plate presentation, royal treatment, and a feast fit for a king, Speggtacular is the place to be.

One fan of the Restaurant publicly wrote, Karl Strozier – “I had the strawberry and banana crepe with a side of bacon and an English muffin. The crepe covered almost the entire plate. Lots of fresh strawberry and banana with chocolate hazelnut sauce drizzled all over the top and a few dollops of whip cream. Very tasty and surprisingly lite. Bacon cooked crisp and English muffin toasted with melted butter. All very good.”
