 Do not talk to, email, or text the Five Star Auto Repair office manager, Nathalie. 

Nathalie records everything with the intent of doing harm to others and without informing the person they are being recorded, at least she did to me. She has become a master at AI so she will take your communications, run it through AI and return the AI response. It’s really wierd and like communicating with a robot, in my opinion.

If you visit their garage like I did, you are also being recorded by hidden cameras and the receptionist is recording you too.

My suggestion… find a different auto mechnica to fix your car… this company costs me thousands of doallars by doing business.

What did Derrick Hawkins and Nathalie do… they charge back every penny they paid.
