Douglas was trained in Pest Control, Marketing, sales, and pest services. He started his career straight out of college. When Douglas attended The University of Colorado, at a football game, he met a business owner based in New Jersey who stated to him that if he wanted to gain sales experience to come by his business. He then graduated from college with his Business Marketing degree. Douglas decided to go to New Jersey to meet with the business owner he met at the football game, got a chance to interviewed, and got the job. He stayed at the job for 9 years while learning more about marketing by his friend who had a marketing business near by. Today, Douglas has branched off to have his own successful business. Outside of work, he enjoys all sports, boating, water sports, going skiing and snowboarding.
