Hornaday Countertops
is hereby recognized as a
TOP GUN Professional Business!
Eddie Hornaday, you are considered a champion business owner for building and managing Hornaday Countertops, a Countertop store company in Lexington County.
Small businesses are the backbone of an economy.
The owners of these small businesses are entrepreneurs who often take many financial and business risks, provide employment opportunities, and add their creativity and ingenuity to the overall commerce of a local community, town, city and county. Many business owners work long hours, endure challenging times, and make personal sacrifices.
Our research team at Expansion Support Services, owners of the County Advisory Board, identified Hornaday Countertops as a business that is appreciated by its customers and provides valuable services to the community.
Hornaday Countertops has a family history dating back to the 1960s, when Lynn “Boobie” Hornaday started the business installing carpet, vinyl, and countertops. He built the company into one of the Columbia area’s respected and trusted installers while teaching his sons, Edwin, David, and Eddie, the trade.
By the early 2000s, Lynn passed the business to his sons David and Eddie and encouraged them to transition into granite and quartz installations. Today, Hornaday Countertops specializes in kitchen and bathroom countertops, as well as outdoor grills, serving customers throughout the Midlands.
Following the passing of his father and brother David, Eddie Hornaday now carries on the family legacy as sole owner. He continues the high standards his father instilled in him and is known for being “on time,” “reliable,” and “trustworthy.” The family has also supported the community by donating to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
We would like to thank Eddie Hornaday and Hornaday Countertops for their continued dedication to their customers and the community. Their long-standing family history and commitment to quality are a great example of a local business making a lasting impact.
Please shop local and support this Top Gun local business.
Very Well Done Eddie Hornaday!
