Chef Fernando Dovale has spent many years perfecting his authentic touch by cooking all along the east coast in many different restaurants, including the Hyatt Hotel in Tampa, Florida, the Rockefeller Center’s Rainbow Room in New York City, and most recently at his own restaurant in New Bedford, Massachusetts.
Fernando Dovale was educated in culinary arts in Europe and has been in the food industry for 40+ years. The best business owners can do every job in their company and Fernando has worked as a bar tender, chef, dining room manager, etc. With his passion for food, Fernando has been cooking his entire adult life.
Fernando has the pleasure of his family working by his side as his wife and son both work at Fernando’s Dockside Grille.
