Fred Bullard and his family are the owners and operators of Bascom’s Chop House, headquartered in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida.
Fred is a graduate of the University of Florida and married to Karrol Kelly. Fred has been living in Pinellas County for about 50 years. During this time, he has participated in development projects including Carillon Way, Feather Sound near Largo, and the Bay Walk in St. Petersburg.
Fred and Karrol have supported their share of causes, including Red Cross, Boys and Girls Club, The Queen of Hearts, and Upper Pinellas Association for Retarded Children.
When it comes to being a restaurateur, hosting people for meals that will be spending their hard earned money, nothing takes the place of experience. Fred Bullard has been doing food service for many years.
