Fredrika was trained in Massage Therapy ” from my aunt in the Philippines who was a licensed massaged therapist that worked in a clinic. Because she was helping so many people with discomfort, I realized that perhaps I could help people in the same way. I completed my training in basic massage therapy in 1996 and became nationally certified and licensed to practice massage in Florida. Over my 15 years of being a Licensed massage Therapist, I have education and have experience in aromatherapy, neuromuscular trigger point therapy, myofascial release, thermo- therapeutics (hot stone), Medical massage, acupressure, Thai massage, and active isolated stretching. I have learned to incorporate different techniques into my massage to better be of service to my clients.”Mrs. Jorgenson enjoys gardening and is a mobile Massage Therapist coming to you if the pain is to much for you to move..
