Jim Mansour is the owner and operator of Ulmerton and Starkey Automotive, headquartered in Largo, Pinellas County, Florida.
Jim went did his schooling at Collège des Frères in Jerusalem, got additional training in automotive working in Chicago and later Florida auto repair shops. He has been fixing cars for nearly 50 years.
After owning a shop with his brother-in-law, Jim opened his own auto repair company over 25 years ago.
