Sky Walker Flying has grown significantly from its early days with just two airplanes, expanding its aircraft and training capabilities as demand and opportunities have increased. Today, the school provides training ranging from those taking their first steps into aviation through advanced pilot education, including commercial pilot and flight instructor training.
One of the characteristics that helps distinguish Sky Walker Flying is its approach to the aircraft and instrumentation students learn with. Rather than making students completely dependent on the newest technology, the school utilizes older-model aircraft that incorporate modern upgrades, including aircraft equipped with two glass instruments without being entirely glass-cockpit dependent. This approach gives students exposure to modern avionics while helping them develop a stronger understanding of traditional aircraft systems and instrumentation.
