Lawrence Kristopher is the owner and operator of Tip’s Boutique, located in Boston, Massachusetts. Tip’s Boutique is a highly regarded hair salon, in the South End of Boston.

When it comes to providing expert hair salon services, nothing takes the place of experience. Lawrence began working in hair services 39 years ago and started Tip’s Boutique in 1983.
Lawrence is an experienced Master Hair Stylist. Early in his career, he studied with Sebastian International and was the Director of Education, in the North East. The elite Sebastian program is known for training students, by constantly challenging them to try unexpected connections and to create something new. Decades of innovation, has pushed Lawrence to thrive in his boutique salon; at 76 Dartmouth Street in the South End of Boston. With only one chair, every client has the entire salon to themselves. Great News! We are now open. When you arrive for your appointment, there will be comfortable stools outside the door. Please make yourself comfortable, while waiting for your appointment. Inside the 2 chairs in the waiting area, are 6 feet apart. TIPS being a one chair salon, makes it virtual impossible; for two guests in waiting area st any one time.
There will be hand sanitizer mounted to the wall, as soon as you walk in. We also encourage you to use the washroom to wash your hands please.
Face coverings are mandatory. Bring an extra one, if you would like to change it after the service. If you should forget your face covering, there will be one provided for you. Rest assure, I will also be wearing a face covering.
We will be checking temperatures, upon your arrival. If you should have a temperature or showing signs of being ill, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. Between each client, I am booking a half hour to thoroughly clean and disinfect. This will ensure that the salon is a safer environment. We are so excited to see all our amazing clients. In a safe environment for ALL.
