Melissa Dedloff is the owner and operator of Suncoast Cuisine, headquartered in Bradenton, Manatee County, FL. The company is a full-service Chef Service company.
Melissa was trained in Chef Service and Culinary Arts. She began her career in her early 20’s when she at the time was working for upscale resort hotels in the Hyatt and Westin chains. Melissa got a chance to train with chefs and gain more experience in the culinary realm. 4 years ago, she wanted to challenge herself and branch off to create her own business. Today, Melissa has a successful culinary business. She goes out into homes to prepare meals for dinner parties and events. Melissa’s business is unique and is different from others because she adds that personal touch and makes sure that everything is perfected by putting in extra effort with the meals that she serves. She enjoys and loves the work that she does as well as seeing others love her work as well. Outside of work, Melissa loves the outdoors. She enjoys taking walks, gardening, going out to other restaurants to experience different styles and tastes , and she loves traveling internationally as well as nationally.
When it comes to providing expert Chef Service services, nothing takes the place of experience. Melissa began working in Chef Service 28 years ago and started Suncoast Cuisine in 2014.
