Fondue Momma

is hereby recognized as a

TOP GUN Professional Business!

Phillip and Ericka Bowman, you are considered a champion business owner for building and managing Fondue Momma, a  dessert shop company in Brevard County.

Small businesses are the backbone of the United States economy.

The owners of these small businesses are entrepreneurs who take significant financial and professional risks, create jobs, and bring creativity and ingenuity to their local communities. Their contributions strengthen the economic foundation of towns, cities, and counties across the nation. Behind every successful small business is a story of long hours, perseverance, sacrifice, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Our research team at Expansion Support Services, owners of the County Advisory Board, has identified Fondue Momma as a business that is highly regarded by its customers and provides unique and memorable dessert experiences for the community.

The company’s continued success reflects the dedication, resilience, and passion of Phillip and Ericka Bowman, who have overcome the many challenges that come with business ownership while building something truly special for their community.

Fondue Momma is a Hispanic-based family business rooted in service, creativity, and heart. Phillip, a disabled veteran, proudly served seven years in the United States Air Force before returning home to his family. The inspiration for the business came from a personal experience—while planning their daughter’s quinceañera, Phillip and Ericka purchased a fondue fountain but encountered significant difficulty finding supplies and event support. Recognizing a need in their community, they turned that challenge into an opportunity.

While balancing full-time jobs and raising six children, the Bowmans launched Fondue Momma with a vision to offer something different. Rather than providing generic, cookie-cutter packages, they focus on delivering fully customized experiences tailored to each client’s event, making every celebration unique and memorable.

Their impact extends far beyond business. Fondue Momma has supported local schools by contributing to dances and special events, and they bring an extra level of excitement with their signature attractions, including a stilt-walking party robot that delights guests of all ages. In addition, Phillip and Ericka are committed to giving back—partnering with local missions that support women and children, as well as shelters, to help bring joy and light to those who need it most.

We take this moment to acknowledge and thank Phillip and Ericka Bowman for the past, present, and future contributions that Fondue Momma and its staff have made and will continue to make in Brevard County.

Phillip and Ericka Bowman, you are highly commended and appreciated for your role as business owners and for the positive impact you bring to the Brevard County, Florida community.
