Semira Hoffman is the owner and operator of Assisted Living of Florida, headquartered in Seminole, Florida.

Her training and prior work experience was as a Registered Nurse. Ms. Hoffman experienced the loss of a loved one in a Florida hospital, which led to her choosing to get into the trenches and help people that were in need of high quality health care.

When it comes to health care, there is nothing that takes the place of experience and passion. Semira grew up in Bosnia, worked in Germany, and opened and has been running Assisted Living of Florida for nearly 20 years.

Semira services a specialty client that many similar businesses are not equipped to handle and assist. She, from her personal life experiences, really cares about what she is doing and employs a high number of experienced and loyal staff that are trying to make the business better and stand out with service that people remember.

Having owner operated experts, like Semira Hoffman, providing quality health care is an asset to Seminole and Pinellas County.

Business owners take risks and often work long, exhaustive hours to service their clients. There are freedoms in owning a business, but these freedoms come at a cost. Rarely acknowledged are business owners like Semira Hoffman that employ people, accepting accountability ensuring their staff are paid continuously. Semira provides humanitarian reliefs for those in need overseas and works with the United Way in Bosnia.
