Shelly was trained in Restaurant completed a Culinary Degree from the U.S. Army Quartermaster School in Ft.Lee,VA. Training with Marine Drill Instructors taught her Discipline and time management skills. She uses these skills every morning at 5 am prepping all her fresh ingredients for the day’s batch of chili. Following a her Grandmother’s chili recipe from 1940, It’s always a Hit with her customer’s. Shelly Employs much of the local Homeless Community in her kitchen. Following her Grandmother’s teaching ” Anyone Can Cook”. By 11 am there is a line outside the door for her Delicious Chili and the smell will have your mouth watering!.
