Tom Pechous & Tracey Thrall. is the owner and operator of Mobile Muttleys, headquartered in Anna Maria, Manatee County, FL. The company is a full-service bike systems company.
Tom Pechous & Tracey Thrall was trained in bike systems, business management and the reserves system. Their idea began back in Chicago when they were learning about the reserves systems. They came down and decided to share their idea and introduce the system to the island. The system will allow there to be less traffic and more active citizens. Their bike system will allow citizens to rent bikes, ride them locally, and park them wherever a parking system is located. Tom and Tracey are planning on working with 3 local cities to help their system expand and allow bike riders to ride long distances. This is a great system that will allow less pollution in our air due to vehicles and all of the bikes are solar operated which is a great bonus! They will also have an app available so that bike riders will be able to locate the parking locations. Tom and Tracey’s experience all comes from training and working with other representatives. Outside of work, Tom enjoys fishing and carpentry work while Tracey enjoys fishing and racing cars with his son.
