Walter is trained in home building, business, marketing, real estate, and design. He has a long line of builders in his family. Walter grew up watching his father, who also was a builder, which allowed him to have experience at a young age in the field. Walter decided to go to college and receive the proper training’s and certificates which gave him the opportunity to begin his business. Walters daughter Valerie, joined her father in 1991, starting off by doing telemarketing for the business. Now, Valerie is the marketing manager for the business and is now training to become a builder because she enjoys the design aspect and the challenges of placing homes to build. She attended college to receive training’s and certificates just like her dad and is now trained in home building, business, marketing, real estate, and design as well which allows them to be able to work in all areas of the business. Together, Walter, and Valerie, are very passionate about their business, and enjoy every second of it. Outside of work, Walter, and Valerie enjoy traveling, architecture and design. Walter also takes time to engage in his love for photography.
